In case you’re curious, here’s a little bit about me.

I’ve been married to the sweetest, most humble man I’ve ever met for 5 years now.  Brian, is my main man, my best friend and my fiercest supporter.  He puts up with all my crazy and loves me well.  He is my strong rock.

And, I have two, tiny kiddos who are the spitting image of their daddy.  Nolan is 2 and 1/2 years young and he’s smart, energetic, and passionate.  He’s a great big bro to little Emma who is 9 months new.  She is a watcher, recently an enthusiastic yeller, and very attached to her mama.

Abide with me has been a mantra of mine for years.  In seasons of great joy and of great pain, I long for someone to be with me, to experience life with me, to abide with me.  Hence the not-so-creative name of this blog.  I’m still not quite sure what I’ll accomplish by posting my ramblings for whoever might want to read them, but I am sure of this.  Remembering is encouraging to my soul.  So, this might just be a tool for me to remember the faithfulness of my Father and the sweet stories of my kiddos I’d otherwise forget.
